What is Eden & Co. Studio?
A private photography and creative studio space on 13 acres — built for photographers, content creators, and really anyone.
Who can rent the space?
Photographers, videographers, creators, and brands. All are welcome!
What’s included in the rental?
Indoor studio space, styled furniture, natural light, outdoor access coming soon (including a creek + woods, hayfield and more) , basic props, and a changing area will be added soon. There is a private bathroom for now.
Can I bring my own props?
Yes! Bring whatever you need to bring your vision to life.
How do we get in?
You will receive a personalized code 48 hours prior to the rental. With details about the space.
Where is the studio located?
We are located in Ware Shoals, SC
How do I book?
Booking is available online. A deposit is required to hold your date.
Do you allow client sessions/mini sessions?
Absolutely! You can use the space for personal shoots, full sessions, minis, or meet ups.
Is the studio kid- and pet-friendly?
Yes to both — we just ask for supervision and cleanup afterward. You will be responsible for any damage to property or props.
Will there be new setups often?
Yes! We’re constantly building and adding on. With 13 acres to work with, big things are always coming.
Do you offer memberships?
Yep, we offer memberships for regulars, at prices you can’t beat!
Terms and Conditions
Eden & Co. Studio Rental Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Eden & Co. Studio. We are thrilled to welcome you into our creative space. To ensure a smooth experience for all renters, please review and adhere to the following policies:
1. Rental Duration
Your reserved rental period must include all setup and cleanup time.
2. Permitted Use
The studio is to be used solely for photography, videography, and content creation purposes.
3. Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.
4. Renter Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for the actions and conduct of all individuals present during the rental period.
5. No Smoking or Open Flames
Smoking, vaping, and open flames are not permitted anywhere inside the studio.
6. Child Supervision
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
7. Studio Condition
The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. Any excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
8. Use of Equipment & Props
Use of backdrops and props is included in your rental, unless otherwise specified. All items must be returned in their original condition.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
The renter is liable for the cost of any lost, damaged, or stolen equipment, props, or furnishings.
10. Assumption of Risk
The renter assumes full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during the rental period.
11. Liability Waiver
Eden & Co. Studio is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained by the renter or their guests. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Eden & Co. from any claims arising from the use of the space.
12. Content Usage
With the renter’s permission, Eden & Co. may request to use behind-the-scenes content or tagged photos for marketing or promotional purposes. The renter retains full rights to all content created during their session.
13. Studio Access
Access instructions will be provided prior to your session. Unauthorized use of the space outside the agreed rental period will be considered trespassing and may result in legal action.
14. Furniture & Prop Handling
Furniture and props may be rearranged but must be returned to their original location by the end of your session.
15. Wall Policy
The use of nails, tape, or adhesives on walls is not permitted unless prior approval is granted by studio staff.
